This is a Wagner Ware 1920‘s era Double Skillet Bottom. The top is #1402 and is a great start to a collection, OR a daily workhorse if you don‘t mind some sandshift imperfection. It does not sit flat so its best for gas or electric coil. Its got some sandshifting that‘s evident on the bottom, but a near perfect interior. GREAT for a daily chicken fryer or soup pot. If you are lucky enough to have a 1402 top, then you have a match!

It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.
