Made between 1890 and 1905, these Pre-Griswold skillets are highly sought after for collectors AND for cooking enthusiasts. The reason is from the design and lightweight nature of Griswold iron. It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.
