1880's Era one of a kind and hard to find. Sidney Holloware "Script" Logo #8 Round Griddle. A wonderful gift for you or a cast iron lover
This one is a special collector piece that can be used daily for any flat iron grilling needed! Made only in the late 1800‘s before being sold to Wagner, it is one of the earliest of the large American foundries to be produced. These were used over wood stoves back then so the sulfur pitting is a standard in these pieces. There were not many styles made by Sidney Holloware in the script logo so snag this one before its gone! This simple and flat griddle is a true piece of American culinary history. Perfect for gourmet grilled cheese in the oven and for flat top grilling. These do not come around often. The last 130 years has treated this griddle well and after full restoration it‘s a gorgeous skillet to own.
