The illusive #7, 1930's Wagner Ware #7 Cast Iron Skillet, 1057
Wagner produced a series of slightly modified versions of its "Stylized Logo" and this version is the smooth bottom version from the 30's. The size 7 is often the more difficult piece to find in any cast iron set because it generally wasn't made as much as the more popular 8.Β This pan sits flat so it is suitable for all cook top surfaces. It has been stripped fully and seasoned three times with our beef tallow. A beautiful addition to your gourmet kitchen!Β
