This Sidney BLOCK logo griddle, made by Wagner in the 1910‘s, came from a collection of a long time southern cast iron collector. During the early 1900‘s Wagner tinkered with its logo in a half dozen ways, and this SIDNEY logo is one of the harder to find pieces left from that era. It has been stripped fully down before being seasoned three times, sits flat and performs beautifully on the stove top.
