My goodness, these pancake griddles are in demand! A fantastic display piece, a fantastic pancake maker, it's fully marked and it sits flat! Highland Foundry Co, was based in Massachusetts in the 1800's was known for their skillets and griddles.Β The other item that they made was this pancake "flop" griddle. Flop griddles have become very popular because of their unique engineered flip style for making pancakes, but also because they are tough to find.Β
