This is a MONSTER of a cast iron skillet! Often folks will ask us for a huge skillet to cook a full pound of bacon or even to make pizzas with. This is it! It is a 1940's era Red Mountain Series BSR, which spins on glass so it is best of gas or electric coil only. It will work on glass but you won't be happy with the time it will take to properly heat having less contact.Β
