If you love the feel and look of Griswold's vintage cookware, and are searching for something new, this is a great pan to add to your collection. If you're looking for an American historical piece to purchase for yourself or for a gourmet cook who has it all, this is perfect! The Victor line of skillets had five variations and this is the fifth and most decorative series. Made between 1905 and 1909, this, this skillet has been fully restored and ready to use. This skillet was acquired in a collection from a long time Griswold collector in Maryland, and we believe was a regular user of his. So we stripped it down fully with electrolysis and rebuilt it with three rounds of seasoning.   It sits flat on glass.
