VERY cool gift or collectible idea for the holidays OR for the every day grill fanatic! Our spatulas are handmade by a local artisan here in PA and are one of a kind. These reclaimed spatulas are ONLY made when the original skillet has been broken and cannot be used safely anymore as cookware. We would never destroy a piece of history unless the only other option would be to discard it forever. Each spatula is custom measured, cut and finished smooth. Once shaped, they are restored by our usual methods before seasoning with the same process we use for all of our pieces. These are AMAZING gifts for the person that has everything, the grilling aficionado or the cast iron enthusiast.

Skillet History: This piece was rescued from a cracked hard to find #12 Griswold small logo cast iron skillet. Because its so large (14 Inches diameter) as a skillet, we were able to rescue almost all the length of this for a spatula. The crack that needed to be removed went funky down towards the center of the handle so our artisan cut it completely out leaving a funky odd design.  One of a kind and not for the OCD minded!  It will be PERFECT for grilling large volumes of meats and veggies on your grill or smoker! Super durable and elegant, its a favorite of ours!
