PRICED TO SELL: This is priced to sell because there is micro-pitting (small and even, not deep) evident on the outside of the skillet. It moves when prompted so while usable for all surfaces its best for gas or coil.   We have FULLY restored it and stopped the oxidization process and have resealed it for you. So while this is not a perfect skillet it is priced to be a fantastic daily user. It will hang and display beautifully for you and cooking with pitting is not a deterrent if you use the proper heat when you cook.  See our website as we talk about cooking and food sticking when it comes to skillets in our blog area. Food will not build up in the pitting or cause food to stick. It‘s over heating that breaks down the barrier between food and the iron, not the surface quality. So this skillet is for someone who values a high quality piece of cookware, but doesn‘t care about the cosmetic perfections. A fantastic daily user! 

This huge #11 skillet was fully restored from the condition we found it in. It was preserved very well and in stripping it down we have applied three coats of seasoning to seal it for resale. We call the 11‘s the "bacon skillets" because they handle cooking a full pack of bacon like a charm!  Great every day AND display pan in your gourmet kitchen!
