My goodness, this is one to have in your "show off" collection! Rare #7 Erie griddle with the diamond logo. Made only for a very brief period, this style has been seen in mostly round and long griddles. Any other piece besides those are even more unlikely to find. The diamond logo says "extra polished ware" and often has ghost marks of other patterns like you see here. This still has some lovely original swirls that came to life when we restored it. It comes from our personal collection and is in almost perfect condition. Sits flat.
