This is one that‘s hard to let go of, as its favorite of ours. This late 1800‘s made Shepards Foundry #10 Popover Pan is a tough one to find. They made a few versions of the #10 which is similar in style to the Griswold 968 Muffin Pan. An ummarked one like this with the Raised #10 on the bottom and a closed interior frame, and unmarked one with an open frame. Then there is a marked one with both styles. Like all of ours, its been stripped naturally and cleaned through electrolysis before being seasoned three times.
