We LOVE the skillet griddles. Everyone should have one for their kitchen, as its so universally used. The kids use it for grilled cheese, omelletes, quick heat and eat needs, etc... It sits mostly flat so usable for all surfaces but may heat at first a little uneven. Keep heat low and slowly bring it up to temp.
