The round griddles are such a nice tool to have in your gourmet kitchen. They heat nicely and uniformly, and serve as a great tool to reheat pizza slices, make grilled cheese, or to make your own quesadilla. This one sits flat so great for all surfaces! We use ours daily for all sorts of things. The 1109 Griddles are slightly larger and are the most common found still in circulation.
