Bakeware is a broad category that includes items like "gem" pans, cornbread pans, bundt style pans, and many more creative cast pieces. Many foundries followed each other in the classic numbering of gem pan styles (For example a #11 Gem Pan is generally the French Roll style pan), but of all the categories, bakeware is the toughest to nail down sizing. So we have organized the filters in this category by the makers own size numbers. For exact specifications, please see measurements in each picture series.
