Welcome to our Blog! 

We are asked lots of great and diverse questions that pertain to restored American cast iron.  These can range from basic restoration principles to the history of certain brands, to opinions on the right pieces to choose when buying.  

So we have started this blog to talk about topics that are trending so we have thoughts on record to reference in the future.  

It's important to note that these are just our opinions and thoughts.  We, like you, are imperfect people.  So we are bound to get some things right and some things wrong from time to time.  We do our best to edit those wrongs, and hopefully get noticed on some of the rights!  But just keep in mind that our opinions are just that, opinions.  If we get something wrong, PLEASE reach out to us and let us know.  We only learn if we learn together.
