This Griswold Erie #7 has a heat ring, slant logo and only the ERIE markings (Not the full EPU). It was found in a farmhouse in Media PA, has been restored and seasoned three times with our oil blend and is ready for you to use. Amazing gift idea for someone that appreciates craftmanship and cooking at the same time. A great sized pan for those not willing to lift the heavy newer cast iron.

The skillet moves when prompted so while its good for all surfaces, it will work best on gas or electric coil.
