This chicken fryer (not a deep skillet, it has no ears) was made by the Wagner Company, Circa 1940's. It has a smooth surface, with no pitting. Like MOST Wagner chicken fryers, it does not sit flat so it is recommended for either gas or electric coil ranges. Perfect for frying up your favorite delicacies, and making sauces on the stove or in the oven. The skillet has been restored back to its original surface, and seasoned three times with our oil blend. It is a perfect gift for the home chef or cast iron collector.
