Vollrath has been producing professional cookware for over 100 years, and many modern kitchens use Vollrath skillets for their durability and ease of use in the kitchen. Vollrath began as a holloware foundry, producting marked and unmarked cookware in the early to mid 1900's. They're best known for a slightly heavier weight and slick surface, which is perfect for deep frying and braising.
IMPORTANT: This is priced to sell because there are two cracks on the lid, both being in non essential spots near the handle. We debated on selling just the fryer by itself but honestly the lid is too amazing to just throw it out because it is cracked. The skillet is BEAUTIFUL and sits flat.
