This is a fantastic, light weight long griddle, perfect for grilled cheese or pancakes over the fire or in your gourmet kitchen. Its surface is slick and ready to use, being fully restored and seasoned three times with our oil blend. A fantastic piece to hang on your wall or display in your kitchen. It is a large block logo, which is highly sought after for cast iron collectors. The long griddles came in sizes 7 through 11, with the 7 and 11 being the toughest to find. It sits flat.
