This Griswold Griddle "Skillet" is a versatile piece of historical cookware for your gourmet kitchen. This griddle was procured in central PA, where it was part of a small collection of an elderly woman who loved to cook on her iron. We bought about 10 pieces from this collection and are honored to have it available to you! It does not sit flat so best used on gas or electric coil tops. The surface has beautiful milling, but there is some wear of the surface sheen that will cover over with use.
