1930's Vintage Griswold #8 round griddle with slant logo is restored and seasoned for use. The smooth surface will darken with each repeated seasoning. The X pattern on the bottom assists in heating and is acceptable for all cook surfaces including induction tops. The item number for this griddle is 738 and it bears the Erie marking as well. This is a fantastic pan for daily use and to show off in your gourmet kitchen.
