This large and lightweight #9 "long pan", came from a collection of a long time southern cast iron collector who had clearly not used this griddle very often. It is one of the nicest we've come across because its big, its lightweight, and it heats evenly. Being over 100 years old, we couldn't believe how well this griddle cleaned up. It has been stripped fully down before being seasoned three times. It sits flat and performs beautifully on the stove top.
