This #8 Griswold griddle was sourced in Bucks County PA by a good friend, and was stripped fully and seasoned with our oil blend. Marked officially as p/n 711, its surfaces only have minor blemishes and there is some micro-pitting on the bottom surface, all of which are featured in pictures. Therefore we have reduced it down in comparison to collector grade. Griddle sits flat so, ideal for all cook top surfaces. If you've been looking for a first griddle to hang with pride in your kitchen, this is it!
