BSR is well known and admired for their skillets and sauce pots, made in the mid 1900's. But harder to find and lesser known is that they made a line of flat top long griddles called "Dry Fry" griddles, that are perfect for making pancakes and eggs, cooking up grilled sandwiches, or making a good hash over the campfire, or right at home. This #8 is a nice size to accommodate a full plate to cook, and it has some weight to it. It has a domed top so it won't sit flat, BUT it is perfect for grease and liquid runoff into its trap. This is perfect for daily home use or to take along to the cabin.
