This is a lovely gift idea or addition to your gourmet kitchen. Birmingham stove and range, out of Alabama made essentially two main series' of hollow wear. The later from the mid 1900s was the Century series. Clean in design, and amazing to use, avid fans of BSR cookware know that it's perfect being a thicker cast iron but yet not as heavy as modern cookware. So you get perfect fried chicken or Amazing soups and chili's.
