However this one is different as there's a crack in the center top left that we know is definitely there, but it is only showing on the top surface.  The bottom surface you'll see has not come through.  So we didn't want to destroy it if it can still be used.  We have an old Victor 8 that we use every day that has had multiple cracks in BOTH the top and bottom.  \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe'd love to rehome this one at a steep discount so it'll make it a longer run of its history.  It SHOULD be safe to cook everything in as it did pass our three seasoning process of high to cool heat without issues.  However it is at your risk of purchase.  It will likely hold up forever if you don't overload it with large batches of liquids.  Searing, baking, frying should all be fine.
