This skillet was made by Wagner after it bought out the Griswold business in the 1940‘s. This is a great first pan or a daily user for the cast iron fanatic. This pan has a spin to it which is not damage to the pan. When these skillets were manufactured there wasn‘t a concern for sitting flat on glass because the idea of a glass cooktop was not even a thought yet. So some are flat and some are not. This has a slight spin to it on glass so we recommend this for gas and electric coil tops. For glass or induction, please see our other skillets in stock!
