The raised number 11 is really unique, being on the interior band, similar to some of the other styles of the French bred Griswold Gem Pan. We are going to continue to call it unknown because we don't know for sure but this is a really cool piece to have. Regardless, its a cool story and it‘s been restored and seasoned for immediate use. It will make the most crispy and delicious bread\/cakes! Vintage in age and a PERFECT addition to the home chef‘s arsenal, this would be the PERFECT gift for Mother‘s Day or Father‘s Day!
