The Erie series of skillets were made only from 1890 to approx 1905, and there was six versions.  This version, the 3rd Series is the caddilac of cookware.  It was fully restored from the condition we found it in from a large collection and we have kept it in our home for years. It was preserved very well and in stripping it down it revealed just a few blemishes on the surface.   We are selling it now just because of downsizing, and we will miss it.  It has been restored so it is ready for the next cook to bring it home.  Sits flat, great every day AND display pan in your gourmet kitchen!
