It is a favorite in our kitchen because of its stable solid feel and its lightness and ease on the stove. This #8 pan sits flat so it is suitable for all cook top surfaces. It is very unique because it has a ghost marked single digit #8 from the previous pattern.  Ghost marking happened when a pattern from a previous logo or design was covered over and sometimes the impression made it past the \"buttered over\" piece.  It has been stripped fully and seasoned three times with our cast iron conditioning balm!  A beautiful addition to your gourmet kitchen! \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eDISCLAIMER: We have prepared this piece to be ready to use or displayed in a collection.
