The little black dress, the 1964 Mustang, and the #8 skillet... all classic American standards, at least to us! Wagner Ware, made in Sidney Ohio, was known for their amazingly light and smooth cast iron cookware. This skillet is a prime example! The skillet is perfect for toasting a grilled sandwich on a cold night or making a quesadilla for the kids after school! It has been fully restored using both lye bath and electrolysis methods and has been seasoned 3x with our oil blend. Ready to use
NOTE: This pan like so many Wagners, moves when prompted so it is not usable for glass or induction. It is only recommended for gas or electric coil. It also appears that previous to us someone had used a vinegar bath to clean it and it has some etching as a result. Its still fantastic to cook with but the dulled finish makes it a Priced To Sell for us. Youβll love it!
DISCLAIMER: We have prepared this piece to be ready to use or displayed in a collection. All pieces are vintage, and therefore are not in perfect condition. Their history of use means small marks and inconsistencies, including residual carbon, which we feel give them a special charm. All items are sold as is, and we have done our best to present them as such. Please review all pictures and ask for further clarification if needed. Thank you! - Cast & Clara Bell
