This lovely smaller griddle is perfect for someone looking to cook for 1-2 people.  Very lightweight and elegant it will make a handle tool in someone's gourmet kitchen.  Being this style griddle but not having the tell-tale bottom gatemark, we aren't sure how to date this one, but rest assured, it's older than you!  We guesstimate 1910-20's era but the unknown is the most interesting part!  Lovely piece for daily use and to display!
