Griswold made them in large block, large block with heat ring, and small block style.  It's tough to find these flat or not having some bow to them because they were used heavily in the wood stove era. However this one sits flat so it's perfect for all cooktops. We have one of these in the eight and one in the nine and we use them regularly.
