Birmingham Stove and Range produced some of the nicest skillets, dutch ovens and cast iron cookware in the south in the Early to Mid 1900‘s. The Red Mountain Series was one of the earliest to be produced, with the earliest having handmade, hand-scribed marked pieces. This Chicken Fryer has been restored and seasoned three times in our oil blend, and is ready to use when you receive it!
It does not sit flat so its best for a gas or electric coil top. It will work on glass but its not the flattest.
